Only 30 min car ride from Poljica leads you to 'the most beautiful town in the world' - as its inhabitants babble to the centre of Dalmatia, famous for ancient Diocletian's palace, football club Hajduk, Ultra festival. Restaurants will fascinate you with traditional Mediterranean cuisine and great wine. Split is also a transport hub if you plan to visit nearby islands (Šolta, Brač, Hvar, Korčula, Lastovo). Don't forget to visit Split beaches, museums, shops and take a photo from Marjan hill to proudly show your friends you visited this exuberant Croatian town.

Marina, whose symbol is the bishop's tower from the 15th century, is situated 2km from Poljica. You will find nice beaches, restaurants and cafés there.

 

It will take only 10minutes by car to get to Trogir, where you can see many Romanesque, Renaissance and Baroque buildings while meandering through small, narrow streets and squares. Drop in one of the souvenir shops and buy something to always remind you of that special atmosphere you felt in this 'town-
-museum'.
